Dr. Larry Haun, Pastor seeks to challenge and to motivate our family of faith through leadership in worship, through prayer, and through the proclamation of God's word. Pastoral visitation to shut-ins, members, the hospitalized, and prospective members is a major part of his responsibilities. As pastor, Dr. Haun is the coordinator of the ministerial staff and the leader of the church.

Larry is a native of Knoxville, Tennessee. In 1975, he graduated from the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Social Science. Larry received his theological training at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. There he earned a Master of Religious Education in 1977 and a Master of Divinity in 1988. He completed his Doctor of Ministry degree in May of 1991.

Dr. Patti English, Associate Pastor assists the pastor in ministering to the pastoral needs of the congregation. She also oversees the overall planning, organizing, coordinating, and evaluating of the Bible study, church training, and membership development ministries of the church.

Patti is a native of Austin, Texas. In 1984, she received the B.A. degree in Home Economics from the University of Texas at Austin. Patti earned a Master of Arts in Christian Education in 1987 at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. She earned her Doctor of Ministry at Baptist Theological Seminary at Richmond in 2003.

Rev. Michael Patch, Minister of Music provides direction and coordination for the church's music and worship ministries. This includes the selection and teaching of the music used in the various services and ministries of the church, training of the leaders for the graded choirs, and the planning of the worship services.

Mike is a native of Richmond, Virginia. In 1976, he received a B.M.E. from Virginia Commonwealth University. He received his theological training at The Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, earning the Master of Church Music Degree in 1979.

Ann Marlow, Minister with Preschoolers and Children directs the planning, organization, coordination and evaluation of our church's ministry with preschoolers and children. She is also the director of our weekday preschool program.

Ann grew up in Virginia and is a 1987 graduate of Mary Washington College with a B.S. degree in Biology in conjunction with Early Childhood Education Certification. She has had nine years experience as an elementary school teacher. Ann is currently enrolled in the Master of Divinity Program at the Baptist Theological Seminary at Richmond.

Jeanne Anderson, Minister with Missions provides leadership for adults in missions support on local and global levels, particularly in the area of international ethnic assimilation and ministry.

Jeanne is a native of southwestern Virginia. She has lived in the Fredericksburg area since 1985 and has been a member of Fredericksburg Baptist Church since 1987. She is a 1982 graduate of Radford University with a B.S. degree in Education. She has received a Master of Arts degree at Mary Washington College.

David Haun, Minister with Youth and College Students directs the planning, organizing, conducting, coordinating and evaluation of the ministry with youth and college students.

A Kentucky native, David has been a member of Fredericksburg Baptist since he was a child. He is a graduate of East Carolina University and served as an athletic trainer for the Spotsylvania County school system prior to beginning his ministry at FBC.  David and his wife, Lindsey, reside in Caroline County.

Sarah Bush, Minister of Congregational Development

Sarah Bush, Minister of Congregational Development, directs the planning, organization, and empowerment of the church’s serving capacity. She helps individuals within the congregation identify, develop, and celebrate spiritual gifts and assists in linking these expressions of spiritual giftedness to ministry opportunities identified by the congregation.  

Sarah is a native of Dallas, Texas. She received both a bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Social Work from Baylor University.  While completing her MSW, Sarah served as an intern for Fredericksburg Baptist Church in the spring of 2008. Prior to her ministry at the church, Sarah worked as the Community/Church Liaison at Micah Ecumenical Ministries.

Dennis Sacrey, Church Administrator is the manager and coordinator of the church's business needs, including the physical plant, office and custodial personnel, financial operations, group homes, and nursery school. He also serves as the Church Historian.

Dennis is a native of Fredericksburg and a life-long member of Fredericksburg Baptist Church. A 1979 graduate of Mary Washington College, he received a BA in History. Prior to coming to the church, his career experience included retail management and sales.
